Expédition
Pour accélérer le processus d'expédition, assurez-vous d'inclure votre adresse complète. Nous expédions uniquement aux adresses de facturation. Toutes les commandes avec des adresses de livraison différentes seront annulées. Toutes les commandes sont expédiées par Royal Mail et nos jours d'expédition sont le lundi et le mercredi. Toute commande passée après 12 heures sera expédiée le jour d'expédition suivant. Prévoyez jusqu'à 1 à 3 jours ouvrables pour recevoir votre commande. Les commandes internationales sont expédiées via USPS Priority International, ce qui peut prendre jusqu'à 20 jours selon l'emplacement. La signature est requise au moment de la livraison. Une fois les colis reçus par USPS, nous ne sommes plus responsables du colis. USPS est responsable et toute autre question ou préoccupation doit passer par eux.
